Delivered: Data Remediation for BTMU, Data Migration and Data Cleansing for RBS. 

Data Remediation PM to enable adherence to AMLD4 for BTMU

BTMU were required to remove customer accounts that were dormant for more than 5 years.

I led a technical team of developers and testers advising third party FINSCAN to create scripts to purge data of customer accounts for all BTMU Europe branches.

Managed the go live of the data remediation over a weekend.

Remediation of production data was implemented in October 2017.

Data Migration PM for RBS for all Nat West Current Accounts to RBS 

Project managed the migration of all Nat West current bank accounts to Royal Bank of Scotland databases, managed budget of £1.4 million. Managed London ETL team, storage provision and telecommunications bandwidth upgrade for data transfer using NDM tool. Managed BT team to upgrade network bandwidth.

Managed database team at RBS Edinburgh to ensure file formats were agreed and ensured adequate database storage was purchased and installed.

Data Cleansing PM for RBS to support Data Migration

Directed Hays IT to enable data cleansing of Nat West current accounts offshore in Sri Lanka.

Project managed the provision of a telecommunications network link to pass and receive cleansed data from London to Sri Lanka.

Managed technical staff utilising Connect Direct (NDM) tool to send packages of data to Sri Lanka cleansing team.
