An effective end to end project plan must have the buy in of the business stakeholders, delivery team, the end users and the operational team who will support the software once live in production

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

REMOTE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Managed offshore delivery teams based in Bangalore, New Jersey, Prague, Milan, Warsaw using Skype, Ms Office Tools, JIRA, e mail and video conferencing, enabling clear communication with delivery teams and reporting clear status to business stakeholders.
